汽車點火線圈燒壞了怎么處理?

曲軸位置傳感器(CKP)和凸輪軸位置傳感器(CMP)檢測正常,但沒有高壓火,通常是點火線圈組件電源導線斷路。
Crankshaft position sensor (CKP) and camshaft position sensor (CMP) are normal, but there is no high-voltage fire, usually the power wire of ignition coil assembly is open circuit.
用高阻抗萬用表和發光二極管測試:無分電器點火的車型,先拔下4通道點火線圈初級繞組插頭,用高阻抗萬用表檢測3~4孔,電壓應不小于11 V。再分別在1、4孔和3、4孔接上發光二極管,發動機啟動時發光二極管若不閃亮,說明沒有低壓信號,應重點檢查低壓電路。功率晶體管故障會影響點火控制信號,功率晶體管是點火控制信號放大器,斷開點火開關,在蓄電池正極和功率晶體管端子a之間連接發光二極管,啟動發動機,使之運轉10s,如發光二極管不亮,應更換功率晶體管。
Test with high impedance multimeter and led: for the vehicle without distributor ignition, first pull out the primary winding plug of 4-channel ignition coil, and test 3-4 holes with high impedance multimeter. The voltage should not be less than 11 v. Then connect the light-emitting diodes in holes 1, 4 and 3, 4 respectively. If the light-emitting diodes do not flash when the engine starts, it means that there is no low-voltage signal, so the low-voltage circuit should be checked. The power transistor fault will affect the ignition control signal. The power transistor is the ignition control signal amplifier. Turn off the ignition switch, connect the LED between the battery positive electrode and the power transistor terminal a, start the engine and make it run for 10s. If the LED is not on, replace the power transistor.
電阻值測試:點火線圈電阻值的高低直接關系到點火性能的好壞,如出現無火或火花弱,應重點檢查初級繞組、次級繞組的電阻值,分別拔下各缸的高壓線,20℃時測量1、4缸之間,3、4缸之間的電阻值。如電阻值在生產廠商規定范圍內說明正常,如電阻值過低說明內部短路;如電阻值過高則說明內部斷路。如測量值和廠家規定不符必須更換。
Resistance value test: the resistance value of ignition coil is directly related to the ignition performance. In case of no fire or weak spark, the resistance value of primary winding and secondary winding should be checked, and the high-voltage wires of each cylinder should be pulled out respectively. At 20 ℃, the resistance value between cylinders 1 and 4 and between cylinders 3 and 4 should be measured. If the resistance value is within the range specified by the manufacturer, it means normal; if the resistance value is too low, it means internal short circuit; if the resistance value is too high, it means internal open circuit. If the measured value does not conform to the manufacturer's regulations, it must be replaced.

行駛中突然出現無火或火花弱,可用紅外線測溫儀或手摸來確定點火線圈或點火模塊是否產生內部短路或斷路故障。判斷故障時,也可以重新啟動,無論能否啟動,都可以測點火線圈外殼的溫度進行判斷。
If there is no fire or weak spark during driving, infrared thermometer or hand touch can be used to determine whether the ignition coil or ignition module has internal short circuit or open circuit fault. When judging the fault, it can be restarted. Whether it can be started or not, it can be judged by measuring the temperature of the ignition coil shell.
①點火線圈過熱:點火線圈表面溫度大于95℃,說明點火線圈內部短路,必須更換。
① Overheating of ignition coil: the surface temperature of ignition coil is higher than 95 ℃, indicating that the ignition coil is short circuited and must be replaced.
②點火線圈過冷:啟動時點火線圈表面溫度和環境溫度相等,說明點火線圈內部斷路,必須更換。
② Ignition coil supercooling: when starting, the surface temperature of ignition coil is equal to the ambient temperature, which indicates that the ignition coil has internal open circuit and must be replaced.
③點火模塊過熱:點火模塊溫度高于100℃,說明點火模塊內部短路,必須更換。
③ Ignition module overheating: the ignition module temperature is higher than 100 ℃, indicating that the ignition module has internal short circuit and must be replaced.
④點火模塊過冷:啟動時點火模塊和環境溫度相等,說明點火模塊內部斷路,必須更換。
④ Ignition module supercooling: when starting, the ignition module and the ambient temperature are equal, which indicates that the ignition module has an internal open circuit and must be replaced.
